Pallavi Rachel George and Rabani Kapoor of XIth standard secured the 1st Runner up position in the Economics Symposium held at Amity International School, Saket. The competition was conducted on 9th December 2011 among 22 schools across Delhi. The topic chosen for it by the students was “India’s war against inflation victimizes growth”.

The results of the Mother Veronica Poster Making Competition
which was being conducted in memory of our Founder were announced
yesterday. The competition was judged by Mrs Vanita Adhikari, artist and
graphic designer. The list of prize winners is given below
Keerath Bhandaal,a
student of class
X-A, represented Delhi State in National Championships
in 5 formats of the Cue Sports i.e. Billiards, Snooker, 8
Ball Pool, 9 Ball Pool and 6 Red Snooker.
She has
taken part in Ten National Championships and has
represented India in One World Cup (Under 21).
In the Billiards and Snooker National Championship
for 2011 held in Chennai in July 2011, Keerath became
India number 3 in the Senior Women Billiards and India
number 7 in the Senior Women Snooker. She is runner
up in Under-18 and Under-21 Billiards and 3rd in Under-
21 Snooker. She is also in top 8 in Senior Women 8 Ball
Pool and the current India number 2 in the Senior
Women 9 Ball Pool.
